Restless Beings
Restless Beings formed in 2008. We are an international human rights organisation and registered UK charity dedicated to supporting the world’s most marginalised communities through advocacy, activism and holistic charitable projects. A voice for the voiceless, silenced and oppressed. We occupy the space between human rights advocacy (academia, policy, media) and humanitarian response (relief/aid, programmes). We believe this approach is key to affecting real change.
Recent projects include: Fundraising in London for distribution of COVID-19 kits in Rohingya Refugee camps in Cox’s Bazaar, Bangladesh.

ANBU aims to acknowledge the nuanced impact of inter-generational trauma from conflict (ie. The Sri Lankan Civil War) has on issues such as CSA within the British Tamil diaspora.
Recent events: Pathways to collective and individual healing from CSA. A research symposium to share knowledge and best practice from the South Asian Community. (Postponed due to COVID-19) (Flyer attached)
