Huiru Wang is a Ph.D. candidate in public international law from Jilin University (China). She has been a visiting researcher at the University of Surrey (UK) from 2017 to 2018, a qualified legal practitioner in China, an active participant in the Jessup International Law Moot Court, a Certificate of Honors awardee at the Xiamen Academy of International Law in 2015 and 2017, and a student member of BIICL and ESIL.

Her research interests include Compliance with and Enforcement of the Judgments of the International Court of Justice, International Rule of Law in Cyberspace, The Role of Non-state Actors in International Law, and the Accountability of Transnational Corporations under International Rule of Law.
