Our guest for this Podcast on Corporate Social Responsibility is Associate Professor of Business and Sustainability Mike Valente. Mike, is the undergraduate programme director at Toronto’s Schulich School of Business, York University. His research examines the intersection between business and society, also called corporate social responsibility, with an emphasis on how and why businesses respond to pressure to act responsibly or irresponsibly. Mike teaches responsible business across multiple programmes at the business school. Mike has consulted for a number of organisations working to adopt responsible business practices and sits on the board of directors of Meridian Credit Union
